Orders and Payment Disputes

AloneTyme is operated by 4Dayz Empire LLC. For order questions, contact hello@alonetyme.store.

You must provide accurate order information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Please review your order details, product information, shipping estimate, and applicable policies before completing a purchase.

If you notice an incorrect charge or have a problem with an order, contact us at hello@alonetyme.store so we can investigate. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.

Contacting AloneTyme is encouraged, but is not a requirement for exercising any rights you may have with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

When responding to a payment dispute, we may provide relevant order records, the policy terms shown at purchase, customer communications, payment authentication information, and shipping or delivery records to our payment provider, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

If a payment dispute is already open, let us know. We will coordinate any refund through the appropriate payment process to help avoid duplicate reimbursement.

We may cancel an order if we reasonably suspect unauthorized payment, fraud, or that we cannot fulfill it. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount owed as required by law.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
